秦皇島八達国海ステンレス有限公司は2000年8月に設立された。朱金彪氏が単独で設立した有限責任会社である。会社は商品を直接輸出入する権利を持って、ISO 9001:2000認証を取得し、「原産地証明書」を申請することを許可された。同時に、2023年3月、延達国海はIATF16949認証を取得した。現在、燕達国海は中国ステンレス鋼委員会の金網委員会のグループメンバーである。
燕達国海は秦皇島に位置し、登録資本金は1300万元で、敷地面積は42000平方メートルである。
