1972年、ギュンター・フリュックトルがガレージで創業した会社は、今日、ステインレスグループの傘下で、国内外から高く評価されるステンレス鋼の専門商社へと発展しています。Früchtl社は、設立当初からドイツにおけるステンレス鋼のスペシャリストとしての地位を確立し、ソリューション中心のアプリケーションのための有能で経験豊富なパートナーとなっています。
創業後、ステンレス鋼板や半製品を中心に急速に発展してきた。1975年、ハインリッヒ・ブリューニングが、販売に必要な専門知識をもたらす。その後、ハインツ・ハルトマンと、後に長年にわたってマネージング・ディレクターを務めたダグマー・ゼナーが入社する。
しかし、担当者はすぐに、ステンレス鋼分野の標準的な提案では、市場の大手企業や老舗企業にはかなわないことに気づく。そのため、早い段階から専門化とコンサルティングが当社の信条となりました。ピストンロッドの長さと直径は標準的なものを求めているが、表面仕上げについては、通常の市場水準を明らかに上回る最高品質を要求しているのだ。フリューヒトルは、この並外れた品質を提供することができるため、1980年代初頭、今日まで続く深い協力関係の始まりとなったのである。それに伴う安定した成長を、笑顔で言葉にしています。どこかで「プッ」となったら、フリューチルが入っている可能性が高い。
ベルリンの壁が崩壊した直後の1989年には、さらに専門化が進んだ。医療製品を製造するコンバインや個々の中小企業との初期の接触を通じて、Früchtlは必要なステンレス鋼を供給しています。その後、ボッシュゴットハルトシュッテ（BGH）がトリューハンド社からコンバインを譲り受けると、それを通じて医療市場全体に供給できるようになったのです。当時、医療技術分野に注力し始め、現在でも年間売上高約1200万ユーロの約半分を占めています。
