- ダイカスト鍛造真????鋳物
説明
真鍮鋳造とは、溶かした真鍮を型に流し込み、冷却後に目的の形に成形するプロセスを指します。真鍮は銅と亜鉛の合金で、優れた機械的特性と耐食性が特徴です。真鍮の色や性質は亜鉛の含有量によって異なります。亜鉛の含有量が少ないと、真鍮は茶色がかった、または茶色がかった赤色に見え、亜鉛の含有量が36％を超えると、淡黄色からほぼ白色に見える。鋳造された黄銅は、バルブ、パイプ、装飾品など様々な部品の製造に広く使用されている。一般的な鋳造法には、砂型鋳造、重力ダイカスト、遠心鋳造などがある。

真鍮鋳造とは、溶かした真鍮を精密な部品に鋳造する工程を指し、この工程を経ることで、優れた耐食性と優れた導電性だけでなく、魅力的な外観を持つ製品を製造することができます。そのため、精密金具、装飾品、楽器、各種工業部品の製造に広く使用されており、その製造工程では、高い寸法精度と表面品質が保証されるだけでなく、連続生産や特殊な用途の要件にも適しています。

After many years of experience in the field of brass press-forging Mr.Giacinto Trevisan had the intuition of developing a project being nowadays the present G.M.S. Srl. The entrepreneurial idea originated in 1977 with brass press-forging found a concrete form in 1985 with the establishing of G.M.S. Snc together with the sons Gianfranco, Mario and Stefano, aluminium die-casting was added then to brass press-forging.
The company grew throughout the years enlarging the clientele that now spreads all over Italy, Germany and Switzerland. In 1999 G.M.S. Srl was founded with the youngest son Andrea becoming part of the company as well.
