Von einer dem Verfall preisgegebenen Industrieruine, zur Eventlocation mit einzigartigem Charme längst vergangener Zeiten! Das kleinvieh, als multifunktioneller Veranstaltungsort, ist mit seinem Industriecharakter für Ihre Events der perfekte Schauplatz. Seit vielen Jahren stand die Kleinviehhallen baufällig - leer. Im Jahr 2014 begann die Sanierung des unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Sandsteingebäudes in mühevoller Kleinarbeit. Plan ist es, Dresdens Kulturlandschaft mit einer neuen Veranstaltungslocation zu bereichern. Der Stilmix aus alt und neu steht dabei im Vordergrund und erweist dem Charme der wieder aufgebauten Industriehalle alle Ehre. Das Veranstaltungsgebäude kleinvieh untergliedert sich in 2 Hauptbereiche. Dies ist zum einen der Konzertsaal im Erdgeschoss inkl. Beschallungsanlage und Bühne und zum anderen die Lounge und der Klubraum im ersten Halbgeschoss inkl. Beschallungsanlage mit Blick in den Konzertsaal. Ergänzt wird das ganze Konzept mit Künstlerduschen, Produktionsräumen, einem teilüberdachten Raucherhof (im Veranstaltungsort, ohne diesen verlassen zu müssen) sowie 2 geräumigen Garderoben und ausreichend sanitären Einrichtungen.
