Plan ist es, Dresdens Kulturlandschaft mit einer neuen Veranstaltungslocation zu bereichern. Der Stilmix aus alt und neu steht dabei im Vordergrund und erweist dem Charme der wieder aufgebauten Industriehalle alle Ehre. Das Veranstaltungsgebäude kleinvieh untergliedert sich in 2 Hauptbereiche. Dies ist zum einen der Konzertsaal im Erdgeschoss inkl. Beschallungsanlage und Bühne und zum anderen die Lounge und der Klubraum im ersten Halbgeschoss inkl. Beschallungsanlage mit Blick in den Konzertsaal. Ergänzt wird das ganze Konzept mit Künstlerduschen, Produktionsräumen, einem teilüberdachten Raucherhof (im Veranstaltungsort, ohne diesen verlassen zu müssen) sowie 2 geräumigen Garderoben und ausreichend sanitären Einrichtungen.
