설립 후, 회사의 목적은 신속하게 스테인리스 강판 및 반제품으로 발전했다. 1975년에 하인리히 브루넨은 영업에 필요한 집중적인 전문 지식을 가져왔다. 이후 하인츠 하트만과 이후 수년간 사장이 된 다그마르 젠너가 그 회사에 입사했다.
