We are the company based on the tradition of family run bussiness, having several decades of experience and practise in metal machining. Our main activity concentrates on the production of wide variety of turned parts with the application of CNC technology. We are proud of our long history, which dates back to the post-war times. Nowadays the company is run by the fourth generation of the founder, and in consideration of continuous development and considerable investments in modern technologies surely not last.
Currently our main production profile is based on manufacturing of various metal parts according customer’s order (technical specification submitted by customer or on request prepared by TADEX). Production series vary from 500 pcs. ( average ), to over 5000 pcs.
( large ). All parts are made on CNC turning centers and CNC turn-mills.
Thanks to cooperation with our partners also other proccesses are available: -heat treatment,
-galvanization (eg. zink, nickel plating ), -varnishing.
Thanks to modern stock of machinery we are capable of manufacturing sophisticated and precise components, made out of round, hexagonal or square bars and tubes of max.external dimension (diameter or diagonal ) up to 42mm and length up to 200mm. We can also manufacture parts of max. diameter up to 150mm ( from shorter pieces of stock material cut prior to machining process).
