Dr. Ihme GmbH was started in 1999 by Dr. Wolfgang Ihme. In 2009 the office and company management was transferred to Berlin.

Metall-Chemie Holding GmbH strategically grows its subsidiaries and actively provides them with coaching, consulting and controlling. Along with choosing and staffing the management, Metall-Chemie Holding GmbH provides help and, if needed, support with corporate strategy, corporate organization, financing and issues of a general nature. Furthermore, acquisition projects are pursued in close coordination with the operational management.
