Poland Tokai Okaya Manufacturing Sp. z o.o. ist in der Metalbranch taetig und liefert auf den Markt hochklassige gestanzte Elemente: Bauteile fuer die Automotive-Branche, Haushaltswarenbranche, erneuerbare Energie sowie Paneele und Komponente fuer LCD-Fernseher.
PTO bietet auch Dienstleistungen im Bereich Buckelschweissen, Punktschweissen, Gewindeschneiden, Reinigung und Montage.
Wir haben eigenes Labor und Werkzeugabteilung.

CFM Slovakia is metal stamping company offering wide range of metal stamping components
produced from various steels , e.g. cold / hot rolled steels, electro-galvanizes steel, hot dip galvanized steel
aluminium, stainless steel, etc. according to customer request.
We have an extensive machinery park, which includes: 50 eccentric presses with a capacity from 25T to 320T Two pressing lines with a feeding arm:7 x 160T and 6 x 160T 200T hydraulic press
We also offer secondary assembly of stampings and other components according to customer needs, including:
Pressing of nuts, bolts, pins and parts Thread cutting using Rascamat flexible arm taps and table single and multi-spindle taps
Spot welding
Laser welding
