We are a company based in Zaragoza (Spain) dedicated to provide international trading services.
I guess both agree that confidence is key to success selling online. This is provided by having a local representative who can communicate in the same language as the customers and leads.
We offer these service in Spain (and Latin America):
1.E-mail assistance*. E.G.: asistentecomercial@”yourcompany.com”. This option for only 100€/month (maximum 20 e-mails, 5€ for every additional one)
2.Telephone assistance. Timetable from 8AM to 8PM. 300€/month (option 1 included).
3.Warehouse in Spain. To be evaluated.
*E-mail assistance means to answer to the customer that we are going to give a proper an answer in the shortest time. That e-mail will be translated into English to you and you answer will be translated by us into Spanish to the customer.
*Prices + Spanish VAT (21%).
