On September 16th 1961, in the city of Jaraguá do Sul (State of Santa Catarina), an electrician, an administrator and a mechanic combined their knowledge and skills and founded Eletromotores Jaraguá. From the courage of these visionary entrepreneurs the company grew and after some time, the company name changed to WEG, in reference to the initials of the founders. A name that is recognized today as one of the largest manufacturers of electric equipment in the world.
WEG initially produced electric motors, in the 1980s it started to expand its activities, making electrical and electronic parts, products for industrial automation, power and distribution transformers, liquid and powder coatings and electrical insulating varnishes. The company consolidated its position not only as a manufacturer of motors, but also as a supplier of complete industrial electrical systems.

Founded in 1992, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other high-tech equipment and new construction materials. Over three decades of innovative development, Zoomlion has gradually grown into a global enterprise, with the key products covering 18 categories, 106 product series, and 660 varieties. Zoomlion has been listed in Shenzhen and Hong Kong stock markets, becoming the first company in the industry to be listed in both markets.
