j&w Cleaning Systems was founded in may 1998 as a spin-off from the company jaresch&wegener (founded in 1932).
Due to decades of professional experience in the field of engineering and manufacturing steel structures and fan rings for any type of heat exchanger plant, a new idea arose in the 90's - the idea to design cleaning systems for enourmous fouled heat exchangers.

Solutions for process heating systems for more than 50 years
For more than 50 years we have been developing solutions for process heating systems in Remshalden near Stuttgart.
We employ more than 90 people in development, planning, sales and manufacturing.
In engineering around 30 highly qualified and motivated engineers from all areas of technology work on implementation solutions for our customers on all continents.
The experience of our planning and service engineers gained in our projects is consistently implemented into new products and services. National and international development projects are regularly carried out and successfully completed. This is also evidenced by the high number of utility models and patents granted to us in recent decades.
An efficient service team ensures a smooth worldwide logistics of products and spare parts, professional assembly and commissioning of the equipment. In addition, we offer maintenance, repair and modernization of existing plants – focusing on performance, availability, safety and energy efficiency.
We have the following approvals as a specialist welding company: TÜV- HP0, HPO/EN 3834and ASME PQR1+2.
Furthermore we are certified according to DIN ISO 9001 since 2008 (Status ISO9001:2008)
Our main field of activity is the manufacture of pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, piping and pipe accessories, mainly from rust and acid-resistant stainless steels of the following grades: 1.4301- 1.4571-1.4306-1.4435-1.4539. In
addition, the following can be processed: Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, as well as heat-resistant stainless steels 1.4828 / 1.4841, and in exceptional cases carbon steel.
We manufacture all components according to customer drawings, according to customer requirements, also with construction.
