Bühler Würz Kaltwalztechnik GmbH which has been founded in July 2009 combines decades of experience of the Würz Group with the technical know-how of the well-known cold rolling mill manufacturer Bühler & Co. The machine manufacturer H&B OMEGA Europa GmbH emerged 1991 out of the SKET-compound under participation of Huber & Bauer Nord GmbH.
With the involvement of the American company OMEGA Automation Inc. as shareholder in 1995 the company's name was set.
