내용보기 Kompozit Kimya A.S. started its operations as an organization under Erdem Holding Company in April 2004 with it’s registered brand name NFG.
However, with 28 pieces of 200-1000 tons presses, Kompozit Kimya has the biggest production capacity for composite infrastructure products in Turkey and owns the certificates EN124-5, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CE and serve their customer for 16 years experiment and it’s high quality.
All products are being produced based on the European EN-124-5 standard which is applicable to manhole tops, gully tops and other products made of composite materials
These composite (Glassfiber Reinforced Polyester) products can have A-15, B125, C250, D400 load capacities, which are suitable from pedestrian up to heavy vehicle traffic load.
Composite materials are becoming more popular due to their advantages as seen below;
•have smooth surfaces,
•can be produced in a wide range of colors,
•no risk of theft as they have no scrap value.
•no rust problem
•are lighter than cast irons, benefit of transportation and easy installation,
•have long life and low maintenance requirements,
•have self-extinguishing feature, and delay burning.
