Shanghai News Materials and Technology Co., Ltd., is a modern technology enterprise. Its’ predecessor was established in 2008 in Nantong Jiangsu province.Due to the needs of business development, Shanghai Newswas established in Jan. 2017.
The company mainly produces and trade PU(polyurethane), PVC(vinyl polymer), microfiber, suede, bovine leather. The products are widely used in automotive interiors, furniture, marine, upholstery, healthy care, massage chairs, bag, clothes, industrial packaging and other related products. The company has a professional technical team, which can ensure to provide customers with a full range of technical services. After nine years of accumulation, our products have been widely used in Samsonite, Eminent, Panasonic, Ford, SAIC, BAIC , Iphay,and other famous brands. Our products are also sold aboard and get the praise of foreign customers.
Our company adheres to the “science and technology pilot, quality first” rules and serves the customers with high quality products, fast delivery and professional technology.

The quantity of our staffs was increasedconstantly from more than 50of the initial developmentto more than 1,200 of nowadays development, from which more than 100 were senior technical personnels. Our company's annual output value were built up from CNY15 million to the current CNY1.5 billion. Wenzhou was enlarged as the center of the developmentto Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujianas three major production base. Our productssales not only to China, but alsoto other countries and regions such asSouth America, North America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia ,which are deeply loved by customers. Our History
Our company was establishedin 1993,located in WenzhouCity, a coastal city in southeast China.
In 1993 , the first dry PVC production linewas introduced to our company.
In 1996,two production linesof PVC extension were introduced.
In 1998 , two production lines respectively of PU temperature and PU dry method, three versionsof the processor, and soft machinewere introduced, leading to the good development of the products from the mid-low-endto the high-end.
In 2000 , and the introduction of embossing machine, polishing machine, roller coater, diaper machine, complex machines and other ancillary equipment enrichedour company's products.
In 2005 , ultra-fiber production lineswere introduced to produce high-grade ultra-fiber synthetic leather, making our products to be of more choices, better qualityandhigher grade.
We will be dedicated to the development of new products, leading the trend of world fashion, and cooperatingsincerelywith customersaround the worldand developingtogether to create a better future.

We have 3 factories in Zhejiang, Fujianand Anhui, with production capacity more than 3.5 million meters per month.

Anders was established in 1993 in a small facility , employing 2 people and offering only 1 model. We currently employ about 200 workers offering over 50 models.
We produce 3-2-1 sofa units, corner units, sofas for youngsters and exclusive sofas. . All products are made of the most fashionable fabrics and are offered in a wide range of colors. Our assortment of materials and patterns, along with decorative elements made of wood or chrome, allows you to choose the product most suitable for you. All our units have a sleeping function. The wooden frames are made in our workshop which is equipped with modern and computerized machines.
In 2001, we started exporting our furniture and for this reason we set up our second company, Anders II, which is located in Rogowo. We produce and export furniture to over 14 countries in Europe on a daily basis.
Our modern designs ,and prompt order realization have assured us a strong position in the furniture market demonstrating our dynamic development. Our furniture is now available in over 100 furniture shops across Poland.
In 2008, we created a very elegant and exclusive line of furniture, called Anders Avangarde. This furniture is made of leather and materials of the highest quality. Modern design and high quality makes our new line not only beautiful but also comfortable. All of our models can be viewed in our company showroom.
When first starting our company, we were the first and only employees. Many of our workers have been with us almost since the beginning. They are not only our employees but our friends. We are very happy to say that we have a friendly and family environment that helps keep our customers satisfied - and satisfied customers are our biggest reward.
