Wij ontwikkelen, produceren en verkopen motorcondensatoren voor witgoed, eenfasemotoren, ventilatoren, pompen, airconditioners, enz., tussenkringcondensatoren voor frequentieomvormers, filtercondensatoren, vermogenscondensatoren voor correctie van de arbeidsfactor en verlichtingscondensatoren.

Ons bedrijf bestaat al meer dan 100 jaar, dus we kunnen terugkijken op vele jaren ervaring in de ontwikkeling en productie van condensatoren vanaf het allereerste begin.

HYDRA werd in 1899 in Berlijn opgericht en werd in 1925 onderdeel van de AEG-groep. Het huidige HYDRA a.s. in Jicin (de productie was al tijdens het AEG-tijdperk naar Tsjechië verplaatst) werd in 1998 in de vorm van een MBO als afsplitsing van de AEG-groep opnieuw opgericht als AEG Components GmbH en op 1 februari 2011 hebben we onze naam veranderd en sindsdien opereren we onder de oorspronkelijke HYDRA-naam.

Het management, inclusief verkoop en applicatietechniek, is nog steeds gevestigd in Berlijn, vandaag Breitenbachstraße 23, 13509 Berlijn. De lange traditie van Duitse engineering wordt dus voortgezet.

We produceren met ongeveer 150 werknemers in onze fabriek in Tsjechië, terwijl de productontwikkeling en verkoop in Duitse handen zijn in Berlijn. Sinds begin 2014 produceren we in een andere fabriek in Vietnam. De productiefaciliteit is volledig eigendom van ons, geen joint venture of iets dergelijks, en we produceren er onder identieke omstandigheden met hetzelfde QM-systeem en identieke processen om ook daar onze hoge kwaliteitsnormen voor de productie te kunnen garanderen. In de fabriek in Vietnam werken momenteel ongeveer 175 mensen.

Vandaag zijn we met onze consumentendivisie marktleider in de witgoedsector. Elk jaar produceren we ongeveer 28 miljoen condensatoren van verschillende maten en types. In de kapitaalgoederensector leveren we verschillende productreeksen van DC link-, laagspanningsreactieve vermogenscompensatie- en filtercondensatoren voor gebruik in converters, compensatiesystemen, UPS-systemen, enz.

We hebben een zeer efficiënte productiefaciliteit met volledige controle over alle productieprocessen en 100% testen in alle relevante productiestappen, wat productkwaliteit op een permanent topniveau garandeert.

De wikkelingen van onze condensatoren zijn altijd gemaakt van gemetalliseerde polypropyleenfilm (MKP), de beste technologie voor condensatoren, en we onderscheiden ons van de concurrentie met vele andere details zoals in-house ontwikkelde productiemachines voor kernprocessen, gecentreerde wikkelpakketten en onze eigen formuleringen voor olie, gas of harsvulling in de condensatoren.

The company Kurt Maier Motor-Press GmbH was established in 1979. Our expanding company has production centres in Germany and Southern Europe.
We sell and supply to our customers standard components for electric motors in frame size IEC 56 up to IEC 400, but also components made in accordance to our customer´s requirements.
Accessory parts are stator empty casings, endshields, flanges and terminal boxes of aluminium or cast-iron. Further ventilation fans, radialblowers, stator- and rotorpacks and accessories for the motor manufacturing.
Further products are forced ventilation units for permanent cooling of electric motors,  incremental Encoder as were  flameproof motors from Cemp, FPM (F&G), Elprom and RAEL.

Our passion to be the most respected brand in refrigeration industry began in 1992, when our president Chen jianping founded Bingfeng in a small workshop locate in YUHUAN(zhejiang). First we started to make compressors. Unfortunatelly, 2 years later in 1994, our factory almost burned to dashes because of an unexpected fire started from our neighbour.
It come to the cross of death or live. Thanks to our president Chen, he stant out, mortgaged his house and rebuilt the factory. It was his last shot, no back road. Like an old chinese saying:If one survives, there will be future fortunes, Bingfeng growed rapaidly in the last 4 years.
Later we growed as the calas 1 Bitzer compressor distributer in China. 1997 was milestone on our growing way, in that year we started production of heat exchangers and packed condensing unit for commercial refrigeration industry. Our business explosive growed, in order to short our delivery we moved our production line to shanghai the world largest port in 2008.
In 2012, we registered our trademark “MELUCK”, and introduced chiller production. In 2012 our new new larger factory takes 134000 ㎡and investment US$ 24millions started to produce in Xuancheng nearby shanghai. After decades development, now Meluck group equipment covers: condensing untis, evaporarots, chillers, PU panels, Ice machines,Air-conditionders.
