Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.

The UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH differs from other suppliers by a consistent, customer-oriented tailoring of their products.

If necessary, manufactured devices can be professionally assembled on site with the help of VCA-certified employees.

Of het nu gaat om spiraalbuizen, buisventilatoren of KWL-units: wij kunnen ca. 2.500 producten vanuit 5 magazijnen binnen 24 uur in heel Duitsland leveren. Zowel op kantoor als op de bouwplaats hebben onze klanten via onze onlineshopairleben24.de toegang tot meer dan 100.000 artikelen van gerenommeerde fabrikanten. Wij bieden een totaal van 1,5 miljoen artikelen uit de ventilatie-industrie.
Bekwaamheid in productie
In zeven productievestigingen worden per maand tot 35.000 vierkante meter vierkante en 25.000 meter ronde luchtkanalen geproduceerd. Op locaties met uitstekende logistieke en operationele mogelijkheden zijn verschillende specialisaties gecreëerd door de verdeling van competenties en investeringen.
Onderzoek en ontwikkeling
Onderzoek en ontwikkeling helpen ons om ons hoge kwaliteitsniveau in alle productievestigingen te handhaven en te verbeteren. Bovendien kunnen wij aanbevelingen doen voor een betere installatie, voor nuttig installatiemateriaal zoals butylpads en superafdichtingshoeken, maar ook voor premiumprofielen met geïnjecteerde butylkit. Op die manier voldoen wij ook aan de huidige eisen en normen inzake luchtdichtheid en stabiliteit van luchtkanalen en optimaliseren wij onze productieprocessen. De voor u vervaardigde producten worden regelmatig onderworpen aan steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles met geijkte meetinstrumenten en apparatuur. Op het gebied van onderzoek en ontwikkeling werken wij nauw samen met de Hogeschool voor Toegepaste Wetenschappen van Erfurt en de Hogeschool voor Toegepaste Wetenschappen van Dresden.
