Beschrijving
Filter van metaalgaasHet AKP-40SS nevelafscheiderfilter is zeer effectief in het verminderen van olienevel, waternevel, mist of druppels uit OSA of gerecirculeerde lucht. Daarnaast is het filter zeer nuttig bij DX/gekoeld water spoelen en stoom/mistluchtbevochtigers waar verzadigde lucht gemakkelijk condenseert. Het wordt vaak toegepast als coalescer in het inlaatsysteem van gasturbines en als vonkenvanger in CNC-apparatuur.
AKP-40SS filters zijn gemaakt van dik SUS304 frame. Normaal gesproken zijn er afvoergaten op gelijke afstand van elkaar aan alle vier de zijden, zodat de vloeistof gemakkelijk kan weglopen. Het mediapakket is gemaakt van lagen uitgebreid SUS304 gebreid gaas en met gegolfd of ruitvormig SUS304 draadscherm aan beide zijden.
Het filter van de nevelafscheider moet verticaal worden geïnstalleerd om optimaal te kunnen werken.
De bevestigingsmiddelen moeten ontworpen zijn om het filter te ondersteunen met voldoende afwatering.
