Sinka Mould was established in 2008, ISO9001 certification qualified, the owner is Mr. Jason Poon.Who worked for Japanese Company and American company before , he was design engineer, and project manager, he built his own company Sinka mould, so we are strong engineering background company.
We specialize in plastic and die casting mould making for Automotive parts, Consumer Electronic products, Connector, Medical products, Household, Industry and two shot molds Technology as well.
We have a very strong team for BMC Mould. We are servicing Japanese customers, France customers, Germany customers, India customers, also for local customers. We are the best talented one in Dong Guan Ctiy , GuangDong Province, China.
Sinka mould has a individual design center, using advanced software, our profession engineers follow APQP process to communication with customers, to understand the drawing requirements, to understand the application of products, also to understand our customer’s exception, and then we will provide DFM report for approval, and then 3D Mold drawing design, and design review, we will provide our experienced and suggestion to our customer for reference, to make sure everything right, and spend less time for mold correct and save development cost.
Quality first , but quality is come from prevention and production not inspection, we are proud of we have a very stable mold maker team, they are most of Mr. Jason Poon ‘s students, our mold capacity is 90-120 molds per month, our mold quality is very stable as well, most of the molds exported to Europe and USA , Japanese, Taiwan, also for local foreign country customers, some molds for our internal molding as well.
