This means that optical lenses are being used in sensor technology, as colourless or coloured glass lenses for optical signallers, and as ancillary lenses for fibre-optic light guides. In addition, optical lenses can be used in laser appliances, in ambience and architecture lighting, as well as in navy and aircraft navigation lights.
