De ONEJOON GmbH is een Duitse onderneming voor installatietechniek met vestigingen in Bovenden, bij Göttingen, en Böblingen, bij Stuttgart. Het bedrijf heeft een traditie van meer dan 125 jaar in de bouw van zeer flexibele en technologisch geavanceerde ovens in een groot aantal industrieën. De ONEJOON GmbH heeft 233 mensen in dienst in haar vestigingen in Duitsland, waarvan 132 in Bovenden en 101 in Böblingen.
ONEJOON is de technologie- en marktleider voor oxidatie- en carbonisatieovens in de kernmarkt van de koolstofvezelproductie. De onderneming heeft een vooraanstaande positie op de markten van de productie van kathode- en anodemateriaal voor de lithium-ionbatterij, het harden van messen en zaagbladen, het sinteren van metalen en keramiek, de warmtebehandeling van aluminium wielen en op het gebied van speciale toepassingen en nieuwe materialen (bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van poederchemie en brandstofcellen). Naast oventechnologie op maat levert ONEJOON ook de passende automatisering en integratie van proces- en materiaalstroom.
Industriële ovens van ONEJOON zijn geoptimaliseerd in termen van prestaties en verwerkingscapaciteit. De nadruk ligt op innovatieve hightechsystemen van hoge kwaliteit die nieuwe industrienormen stellen. Als betrouwbare partner voor thermische processen ligt de focus op service en een holistische benadering: de diensten houden niet op bij de levering van industriële ovens, maar houden ook rekening met procesintegratie, optimalisatie en randapparatuur. Een serviceteam zorgt wereldwijd voor de levering van reserveonderdelen, het onderhoud en de aanpassing van bestaande installaties.
In het Duitse testcentrum in het hoofdkantoor van het bedrijf in Bovenden voeren ONEJOON-experts ook tests uit om warmtebehandelingsprocessen te optimaliseren en begeleiden ze klanten systematisch tijdens de stap van het laboratorium naar de industriële productie. Deze dienst is gebaseerd op een gestructureerd labo-productieprogramma.
Sinds januari 2020 maakt ONEJOON GmbH, het voormalige Eisenmann Thermal Solutions GmbH & Co KG, met vestigingen in Duitsland, de VS en China, als dochteronderneming volledig deel uit van de ONEJOON Groep.
De moederonderneming ONEJOON Co., Ltd. is een machinebouwbedrijf dat gevestigd is in Suwon, Zuid-Korea, met als belangrijkste markt de productie van hoge-temperatuur-ovensystemen met inbegrip van de bijbehorende transportband- en procestechnologie voor de verwerking van kathode- en anodemateriaal in lithium-ionbatterijen.
