BKS machine realiseert voornamelijk de productie van tanks onder druk of zonder druk voor verschillende industrieën, met stoom, hete olie, galvaniserende installatiesystemen. Ons team van experts, dat gebruik maakt van de nieuwste technologische toepassingen in de productie- en assemblagefasen, en onze hoogwaardige partners voor materiaaloplossingen zorgen voor duurzame oplossingen.

De productie en het ontwerp van warmtewisselaarsystemen (wisselaars, serpentines, enz.) die in industriële gebieden worden gebruikt, de productie van roestvrijstalen en zwarte tanks en de isolatie van bestaande tankinstallaties zijn ook diensten die door BKS Machines worden geleverd.

Makfen Chemie Bouw en Engineering
Makfen Machinery werd in 2009 met haar ervaren personeel opgericht in haar faciliteiten in Kurtkoy, Istanbul om alle turnkey engineering-, inkoop-, bouw-, assemblage- en aannemingsdiensten te leveren voor industriële faciliteiten en projecten.
Met haar ervaren personeel werd Makfen Machinery Chemistry Construction and Engineering in 2009 opgericht in haar faciliteiten in Kurtkoy, Istanbul voor het leveren van turnkey engineering, inkoop, constructie, assemblage- en aannemingsdiensten voor industriële installaties en projecten. In het licht van de ervaring opgedaan door het voor en na de datum van haar oprichting, ons bedrijf gericht op te volgen en de eisen van de leeftijd en de technologie nauw toe te passen om te voldoen aan de behoeften van haar klanten en de industrie.
Makfen Machinery streeft ernaar haar bedrijfsstructuur en productassortiment te ontwikkelen met als doel een innovatief, vooruitstrevend bedrijf te zijn door te streven naar arbeidsveiligheid, milieubewustzijn, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid. Het werkterrein is voornamelijk gericht op het optimaal inspelen op de behoeften van klanten door het verwerken van roestvrij staal en koolstofstaal.

Zakłady Górniczo-Metalowe „Zębiec” at Zębiec, S.A. is a company with over 50 year tradition.
The enterprise was founded in 1954 as “Mines and Enrichment Plants for Ferruginous Sands under Construction” and its main scope of activities was mining and enrichment of ferruginous sands. Commenced in the years 1954-1956, the project was completed in 1965 and the company’s name was changed to Zakłady Górniczo-Hutnicze „Zębiec.
Since then the company started the production of so called, “zelgruda” – a semi-product for metallurgical engineering. The company comprised the strip mine “Zębiec”, enrichment plant with washer, rotary furnaces and electromagnetic separation. The production of “zelgruda” was continued till the year 1970.
Starting from 1971, the production of a new line of products was initiated and in 1972 the company changed its name to Zakłady Górniczo-Metalowe „Zębiec”. In the 1990s the company underwent a comprehensive restructuring process and afterwards Zakłady Górniczo-Metalowe „Zębiec” at Zębiec, S.A. was established.
Throughout those years, ever changing economic conditions enforced changes in our adopted strategy. At present the company’s strategic activities are based on a few assumptions. We concentrate our goals on the customer’s satisfaction, total commitment of our staff, permanent quality improvement and bringing to perfection the organisation of work.
Many years’ activity of the company, continuous improvement of production, implementation of modern technologies and as well expertise and commitment of the staff resulted in the implementation of the Quality System and obtainment of Certificate PN-ISO 9002 issued by PCBC in 1999 and Certificate of Integrated Quality and Environment Management System as per PN-ISO 9001 and PN-ISO 14001 in 2002 and Integrated Quality, Environment and Work Safety Management System as per PN-ISO 9001, PN-ISO 14001 and PN-N 18001 in 2005. Sinds 1992 ontwerpt en produceert Eralp Boiler and Energy Technologies met zijn deskundige medewerkers kant-en-klare systemen over de hele wereld. Onze belangrijkste producten zijn industriële stoomketels, ketels met terugwinning van restwarmte, stoomgeneratoren met warmteterugwinning, thermische olieverwarmers, ORC-ketels en drukvaten, biomassacentrales, autoclaven, warmtewisselaars, procesapparatuur en -systemen.

Als bedrijf produceren we in onze fabriek in Mustafakemalpaşa, die een gesloten oppervlakte heeft van 15.000 m2 en een totale oppervlakte van 55.000 m2, en onze fabriek in Gemlik Free Zone, die een gesloten oppervlakte heeft van 5.000 m2.

Sinds 2019 hebben we het eerste en enige R&D-centrum in Turkije in de verwarmingsindustrie. We maken onderzoek en ontwikkeling van ons product in dit centrum met onze deskundige ingenieurs.

We proberen de producten die Turkije importeert te verminderen door het uitvoeren van R&D.
