Glasgesmolten stalen gasopslagtanks
De kern van de Center Enamel gastankparken wordt gevormd door de Glass-Fused-to-Steel technologie, waarbij gesmolten glas bij temperaturen van 820°C-930°C versmolten wordt met speciaal geprepareerde stalen panelen. Dit proces creëert een chemisch gebonden, inert oppervlak dat de structurele sterkte van staal combineert met de uitstekende corrosieweerstand van glas. Het resultaat is een uitzonderlijke weerstand tegen vocht, waterstofsulfide, zuren en andere corrosieve componenten die vaak aanwezig zijn in biogas en industriële gassen.
Geïntegreerde gasopvangsystemen
Gastankparken kunnen worden uitgerust met aluminium geodetische koepeldaken, membraandaken of dubbelwandige gashouders die zorgen voor een uitstekende gasdichtheid, drukstabiliteit en operationele veiligheid. Deze systemen zijn ontworpen om naadloos te integreren met de tankstructuur en te voldoen aan projectspecifieke eisen voor gasopslag.
