The Group’s strategy of continuous expansion has brought about enormous growth. There are hardly any metal cutting applications that the EMAG Group cannot offer a suitable machine to work with. The EMAG Group and its subsidiaries are able to offer a large range of solutions from standard machines to custom-made manufacturing systems, leading to the generation of more growth.
The term “manufacturing solutions” used to conjure up a picture of manufacturing systems for mass production. Today, the manufacturers of medium-size component batches also want “solutions from a single source”. Thanks to their multitude of machining and automation technologies and their extensive knowledge in process design the EMAG Group is in a good position to handle these demands. The company now offers its customers machines that incorporate a number of different machining technologies in one machine.
A vital factor in the EMAG Group’s success is the company’s investment in its workforce. Around ten percent of its employees are apprentices and trainees, all to be given full employment once they have successfully completed their training. Extensive advanced training programs and a constant exchange of knowledge within the company ensure that every EMAG employee is capable of the kind of lateral thinking that allows them to offer the customer innovative, well-engineered solutions to their manufacturing problems.

Umpalettieren jetzt leichter, denn je
Einschieben, wegschieben, fertig! Die innovative Paletten-Schiebe-Vorrichtung PSV von SW-Paratus gestaltet das Umpalettieren sensationell clever, effizient und profitabel.
Die patentierte Idee erntet internationale Begeisterung in Spedition, Handel und Industrie: Mit der innovativen Paletten-Schiebe-Vorrichtung von SW-Paratus lassen sich bestückte Holz-, Kunststoff- oder Metallpaletten, Einweg- und Europaletten in Sekundenschnelle gegeneinander wechseln.
Für den Austausch wird die bestückte Palette in die Wechselstation gestellt. Da Rück- und Seitenwände die Ladung schonend, ohne übermäßigen Druck halten, gleitet die Ersatzpalette, geschoben vom Flurförderzeug, mühelos unter das Transportgut, und die alte Palette rutscht heraus.
Bedienung durch nur eine Person, keine aufwändige Hydraulik, kein eigener Energieverbrauch: Die PSV ist mit empfindlichem Ladegut wie flüssigkeitsgefüllten Tetra Paks und Palettengewicht bis zu 850 kg erfolgreich getestet.
