Munich Composites GmbH manufactures serial composite parts with the overbraiding technology.
We offer all services in the process chain – from engineering to braiding of preforms and finished components. We can produce small series, starting at 100 components up to large series with more than 100,000 components per year.
The fiber lay up is completely automated in our production process. This way we can guarantee that every component has the same high quality.
Due to low scrap and high automation, we can offer our customers significantly lower costs compared to other technologies like Prepreg or Winding. Our customers are in the automotive, mechanical engineering, transportation, sports and leisure, and aviation industry.

We offer a wide range of Orthopedic Products made up of Stainless Steel 316L, Stainless Steel 316LVM or Titanium. We have employed Quality management System which Confirms to ISO9001 & ISO 13485 standards. Our all products are CE marked as per European Council Directive 93/42/EEC and are licensed by Indian FDA for manufacturing. Based on the principles of Quality Excellency, our product satisfies the expectations of our customers.
