Mechanisch plaatwerk is de moeder van de machine-industrie. In het kader van de wereldwijde industriële ontwikkeling stond de Taiwanese machine-industrie in 1980 nog in de kinderschoenen, toen de wereldwijd geproduceerde werktuigmachines nog "NC"-machines waren. Voor werktuigmachines was het mechanische plaatwerk toen beperkt tot de basistoepassing.
Nu we de 21e eeuw zijn binnengetreden, een tijdperk van internet, waarin men zich steeds meer bewust wordt van kwesties als milieubescherming, humanistische overwegingen, veiligheid voor de operator en eisen aan het uiterlijk, bevinden CNC-machines zich in een fase van bloeiende ontwikkeling in Taiwan, waardoor fabrikanten van werktuigmachines toegang krijgen tot verschillende eisen en gezichtspunten van "mechanisch plaatwerk".
Sinds de oprichting in 1992, hebben we volhard in het vasthouden van de zakelijke ideologie van "Voldoen aan de waarde en eisen van de klant met innovatieve technologische procedures".
De ontwikkeling van PMCI kan worden onderverdeeld in vier fasen:

Een nieuw tijdperk van mogelijkheden en technologie: Introduceer nieuwe apparatuur actief in de richting van samengestelde productie, pas ook LEAN toe om de waarde van klanten te vervullen voor een win-winsituatie.
Met de algehele opwaardering van mechanische technologie na 2000, is PMCI nieuwe competities en uitdagingen tegengekomen door zich verder in te zetten voor het opwaarderen van haar technologie en het opstellen van de procesplanning en het opstellen van een meer expliciete strategische kaart en project voor procesverbetering.
We zijn ervan overtuigd dat de basis van het bedrijf moet worden gelegd bij de verbetering van de "mens".
Door gebruik te maken van competentiegerichte interviews en de analyse van hiaten in competenties, heeft PMCI ervoor gezorgd dat al haar werknemers de kernwaarden van het bedrijf herkennen en uitdragen.
We geloven verder dat de basis van stabiele kwaliteit zal worden afgeleid uit de oprichting van procesbeheersing.
Door middel van procesbeheer, -controle en -verbetering heeft PMCI gebruik gemaakt van het "procesbeheersingsdiagram" en "Six Sigma" om elke taak onder procesbeheer te brengen. Op die manier wordt elk detail nauwgezet en rigoureus gecontroleerd door elk personeelslid een gewoonte van autonome detectie te laten ontwikkelen om oplossingen te vinden voor kwaliteitsproblemen en 100% kwaliteitsgarantie te bereiken door middel van "FMEA".

The main business activity of Terolling Polska is the production of EPS, MW Technological Lines used to manufacture Sandwich Panels, based on our internally developed designs. We also design and manufacture auxiliary equipment supporting production processes of EPS MW PUR and PIR panels, devices used to form metal plates and machines adapted to the needs of individual customers.

Situated in Ratingen, close to Düsseldorf airport, we keep approximately 8.000 tonnes of stainless steel quarto plate in all popular standard dimensions.
The dimensions range from the classic 1000x2000 / 1250x2500 / 1500x3000 to 1500/2000x4000 / 1500/2000x6000 up to 2000/2500 x 12000mm.
We have also recently introduced 3000x6000 (8-25mm thickness).
The thicknesses offered are between 6-150mm, but in duplex and heat-resistant grades we keep the range from 2-3mm thick.
We also have a plasma machine which allows us to cut to fixed length as per the customer's wish down from 12000mm length.
Most orders can be made ready for collection within 1-2 days and we deliver regularly throughout Europe.
