The complex services are rendered by KOPEX-Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Szybów S.A. (KOPEX-PBSz S.A.). The company is focused on specialised mining services, including, driving vertical and lateral workings as well as tunneling.
A huge experience gained over the last sixty years and significant achievements in mining, industrial and civil engineering as well as staff potential and machine fleet, contribute to the fact that for several years the company has been a market leader with regard the underground construction works, using underground mining techniques and technologies.

Mining Design Office, being an integrated part of the company, with its highly qualified engineering personnel and equipped with specialised hardware, state-of-the–art CAD software is capable of executing a wide range of design services.
Several fields related to the mining of hard coal, ores, salt and other minerals, such as: geology, hydrogeology, geophysics, mining, strata mechanics, ventilation, automation, electrification, mechanization, waste storage and environmental protection are covered by the design services.
Experience, qualified personnel, own means of transport, specialised equipment and up to date technologies enable us to complex execution of even the most comprehensive projects, as a general contractor (turnkey project services), or as a substitute subcontractor.
The KOPEX Group is in technical, organisational and logistic respects capable of executing even the most demanding tasks, including turnkey construction of mines.
