Leistner Thermisch Spritzen GmbH is een nieuw opgericht bedrijf dat zijn ervaring en efficiëntie ontleent aan een familiebedrijf met een geschiedenis van meer dan 70 jaar. Dit bedrijf werd opgericht in 1948 en was al vroeg betrokken bij thermisch spuiten. Op deze decennialange ervaring en efficiëntie bouwen we tot op de dag van vandaag voort.

Met ongeveer 16 medewerkers zijn we nu een van de grootste contract coaters in Zuid-Duitsland. We hebben onze ontwikkelings-, service- en productiecapaciteiten consequent uitgebreid en houden ze voortdurend op het scherpst van de snede. Op het gebied van thermisch spuiten kunnen we de hoogst mogelijke kwaliteit produceren met behulp van ultramoderne apparatuur.

Ons ervaren, zeer gemotiveerde team is uitstekend opgeleid en werkt klantgericht, kwaliteitsbewust, punctueel, milieuvriendelijk en prestatiegericht. Het streven om de aan ons toevertrouwde taken in het belang van onze klanten op te lossen, heeft voor ons altijd de hoogste prioriteit en dat kenmerkt onze prestaties.

Corodur Verschleiß-Schutz GmbH Thale, founded in 1990, is a partner-managed, medium-sized company with more than 85 employees, offering innovative production, service, research and development from a single source in the field of sustainable wear protection.
Many years of experience and expertise in dealing with the complex issue of wear make us a recognised partner for wear-intensive industries.
As a developer and manufacturer of welding and spraying consumables in the form of cored wires, welded wear plates and powder metallurgy sintering bands, we are available to customers as a direct point of contact for advice and execution. One of our core areas of expertise lies in developing materials to provide an individual and sustainable solution to various wear and corrosion problems.
In the field of powder metallurgy sintering bands production, we are considered the sole producer thanks to the optimisation of our own technology and production method in our in-house development department. Our customers not only benefit from lower production costs but also have the opportunity to task us with the rapid production of small quantities or trial batches of specially adapted alloy sintering bands.
To solve diverse wear issues, we provide our customers with the correct choice of complementary products and services from individual offers to complete solutions. With expert technical advice, innovative research and development, as well as customised materials production, we provide a variety of possibilities to make their wishes a reality.
In addition to the continuous development of our products and services, we cooperate with other companies in the research group "Thale PM" as the regional growth centre for new technologies, products and jobs. In addition, as a partner in a joint training initiative, we support the recruitment of new specialists and are committed to promoting talented young people in the region.

BEVAB GmbH was founded by Manfred Willecke in Bergisch Gladbach in 1989. Due to our high-quality products, we were able to win many customers of the chemical, packaging and steel industries right from the start. So far we have, for instance, sold more than 300 vacuum systems worldwide.
In addition to rendering individual advice and the planning of systems, our area of activity comprises the repair of vacuum pumps and vacuum systems. Our range of services is extended by the sale of accessories and spare parts. Moreover, we offer a finishing of materials through a thermal spray process to our customers.
The combustion wire thermal spray and combustion powder thermal spray processes provide materials with best possible protection against corrosion. By means of other applications, the conductivity of work pieces is improved. We have specialised in the shielding and field control of electrical medium-voltage and high-voltage components whereby we finish approx. 50,000 components for our customers each year.
