Remarkable milestones in the company development were 1999 the takeover of the Sulzer Metco heat treatment job shop located in Winterthur/Switzerland, 2006 the opening of a new job shop for heat treatment and brazing in Cracow/Poland and 2007 the takeover of thermal spray and electron beam welding activities of former Crossarc located in Winterthur. Today Listemann AG is not only a valued service provider but also a well respected partner for demanding, materials related product and process developments.

Sinds de oprichting in 1998 heeft ASIS Automation Systems & Intelligent Solutions GmbH zijn wortels in de automatisering en procesbesturing van industriële productieprocessen.
Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in 84036 Landshut, we hebben een vestiging in Oldenburg, een technisch kantoor in Altdorf bij Stuttgart en een dochteronderneming in China, bij Shanghai. Samen realiseren we projecten voor onze internationale klantenkring met mensen die flexibel en onconventioneel kunnen denken. Dit is precies onze kracht.

We are welding and designing structures in the full range of materials, such as

• Heat resistant steels (C 22.8, 13CrMo44, 10CrMo910, P91,...)
• Austenitic and Duplex steels ( 1.4571, 1.4462,...)
• Nickel-based alloys (2.4602, ..2.
• Non-ferrous metals (aluminium, magnesium, copper, CuCrZr,...)
• High-melting metals (tungsten, molybdenum,...)
• Material combinations (titanium/platinum, steel/copper, molybdenum/steel, silver/copper, high-grade steel/heat-resistant steel, 42CrMo4 with St 52-3,...)

We are hardening the surface layer of steels with a carbon content >= 0.3%. Electron beam hardening with a surface penetration depth of 0.3 to 1.5 mm. Hardening to some 60 HRC according to material grade. Quenching fluids are not required. For quenching the temperature difference between the surface exposed to electron beam and material behind it is used. Materials like

• 42CrMo4
• C 45
• GGG 60

are our standard.

As a company with 3 domestic and two foreign locations, pro-beam is one of the largest suppliers for electron beam technology worldwide with approx. 430 employees.
For more than 45 years we have been developing systems and processes for material processing with electron beam technology and can demonstrate decades of experience in the application areas of welding and hardening, drilling and DLC coating, as well as in mechanical and plant engineering. Furthermore, we enable the additive manufacturing of metal components with our electron beam technology.
