bbi-biotech hat ein eigenes Portfolio an standardisierten Bioreaktoren, instrumentiert aber auch kundenspezifische Systeme und Einweg-Gefäße anderer Anbieter. Durch die Einbindung neuester Technologien und Umsetzung jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung ist es uns gelungen, ein modulares System für die Fermentation, bzw. die Kultivierung verschiedenster Mikroorganismen zu entwickeln.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit ist das neuartige Probenahmesystem vom Typ bioPROBE zur automatischen totvolumenfreien Entnahme von Flüssigkeiten aus Fermentern und Bioreaktoren für die prozessbegleitende Analytik, sowie die Produktion von Automationssystemen für Fermenter und Bioreaktoren.

Our bioreactors meet up-to-date requirements and include innovative solutions such as - model based control of fed-batch fermentation, a novel of magnetic drive and full factory production line development from seed fermenter to production fermenter.
Our bioreactors have been designed to be easily implemented and adapted to various applications. We have created laboratory bioreactors for cultivation of bacteria, mammalian cells and microalgae, using a common basic solution. We manufacture pilot scale bioreactors and components (vessel, technological stand, control cabinet), we supply each as a product separately. Thus, for example, our bioprocess controllers can be used in bioreactors of other manufacturers, therefore technological stands and control cabinets can ensure a fully automated process using the existing bioreactor vessel.
We deliver autonomous bioreactors, and also project and manufacture complex bioreactor lines for various industrial production processes. We have planned and implemented production lines with up to 15 bioreactors, and volume up to 20 m3 and all our bioreactors are equipped with novel magnetic coupling mixers.
To ensure compliance with GMP rules, we are using SCADA software according to the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 (document from US Food and Drugs Administration).

CINC bouwt al meer dan 30 jaar centrifuges en centrifugaalextractors voor continue vloeistof-vloeistofscheiding en extractie. Onze buiscentrifuges worden wereldwijd door eersteklas bedrijven gebruikt om vloeistoffen te scheiden of, voor extractietaken, eerst intensief te mengen en vervolgens met zeer hoge scherpte te scheiden.
Wanneer processen op het gebied van vloeistof-vloeistof extractie en scheiding economisch, efficiënt, continu en met minimaal gebruik van oplosmiddelen moeten worden uitgevoerd, moeten CINC-centrifuges voor dit doel worden getest.
Onze mogelijkheden om uw processen met onze laboratorium/technische machines direct bij u ter plaatse te testen en de verkregen gegevens te gebruiken voor een betrouwbare berekening van de procesmachines (tot 30000 l/u) maken ons tot een betrouwbare partner voor u.
Onze meer dan 15 jaar ervaring in complexe loodsen (tegenstroom-/crosscurrent-extractie) maakt doelgerichte loodsen met snelle resultaten mogelijk.
