The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.
Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Beschrijving
Cyclo-phin filters zijn hydrocyclonische afscheiders van roestvrij staal.
Hun unieke ontwerp genereert een draaikolkeffect dat de afscheiding van deeltjes met een hoger soortelijk gewicht dan water van het inkomende ruwe water mogelijk maakt. Deze filters zijn zeer effectief, met een verwijderingsrendement tot 99% voor vaste deeltjes van 75 μm of groter, en 65% voor deeltjes van 50 μm.
cyclo-phin filters werken continu en zijn niet afhankelijk van bewegende delen, waardoor ze lang meegaan en zeer handig zijn omdat ze weinig tot geen onderhoud nodig hebben.
Deze filters worden geleverd met inspecteerbare deksels, waarbij het onderste deksel van bijzonder belang is omdat het een afvaltank bevat die kan worden geleegd met een handmatige klep (meegeleverd) of een automatische aftapklep indien nodig.
Toepassingsdomeinen

- Mijnbouw en mineraalverwerking: Hydrocyclonen worden gebruikt om waardevolle mineralen te scheiden van ganggesteente, of ongewenst materiaal. Ze kunnen ook worden gebruikt om vaste stoffen te classificeren op basis van grootte.
- Ontzanding en Desilting: Bij boorwerkzaamheden worden hydrocyclonen gebruikt om zand- en slibdeeltjes uit boorvloeistoffen te verwijderen. Dit voorkomt slijtage van de boorapparatuur en zorgt voor een soepelere werking.
- Behandeling van afvalwater: Hydrocyclonen kunnen worden gebruikt om vaste deeltjes en deeltjes uit afvalwater te verwijderen voordat het wordt geloosd of verder wordt behandeld. Dit vermindert de belasting van latere behandelingsprocessen.

- Irrigatie: In agrarische omgevingen kunnen hydrocyclonen worden gebruikt om zand en slib uit irrigatiewater te verwijderen, zodat alleen schoon water de gewassen bereikt en verstopping van irrigatiesystemen wordt voorkomen.
- Koeltorensystemen: Deze afscheiders kunnen worden gebruikt om verontreinigingen uit het water van koeltorens te filteren, waardoor de efficiëntie en de levensduur van het systeem worden verbeterd.
- Aquacultuur: In de visteelt kunnen hydrocyclonen helpen bij het verwijderen van afvaldeeltjes, waardoor het water schoner wordt voor de waterorganismen.
