panther 2 is designed to deburr parts like housings, gears, blisks and other parts with complex shapes.
It allows to create defined chamfers with hard tools (e.g. mills, diamond deburring tools, ...) and the finishing with soft tools (e.g. brushes) in one cycle.
4. The Polishing Machines
panther 3 is specially designed to high polish ceramics and titan.
With up to 6 CNC axes and a push rod tool we can grant a optimal seat of tool on all points, even with spheres and overlapping shapes.

For more than 50 years Schönenberger is an international supplier for steel and carbide knives for use in industrial production systems. More than 70 employees in our central location in Germany and 33 representations worldwide contribute to first-class product quality and thus for precise production results in your company.
