Graphite Materials is een ontwikkelaar en fabrikant van koolstofcomponenten voor processen en ovens op hoge temperatuur. Door gebruik te maken van de hightech materialen grafiet en CFK maken we optimale kosten-batenverhoudingen mogelijk voor industriële productieprocessen in het temperatuurbereik van 850 tot 3.000°C.
Al meer dan 20 jaar een passie voor grafiet
Graphite Materials werd in 2000 opgericht door Dr Rolf Terjung en sindsdien draait alles in Oberasbach bij Neurenberg om speciaal grafiet en zijn veelzijdige toepassingen in de industrie. Graphite Materials staat nu stevig op de pijlers van materiaaltechnologie, ontwerp en productie.

Met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring kunnen we putten uit een uitgebreide expertise in ons succesvolle element koolstof en deze kennis doelgericht toepassen in het kader van ontwerp en productie op maat. Graphite Materials combineert dus op unieke wijze materiaaltechnologie met oplossingsexpertise. Deze combinatie van koolstofexpertise en slimme engineering noemen we Carboneering®.

“The Gustav Neumann felt production facility, which has been in existence in Braunschweig since 1874, produces and processes felts of all types for every conceivable purpose. The company specialises in technical felts such as sealing rings, sealing strips, felt strips for seal grooves, felt wicks, felt tubes, felt sleeves and other mass-production articles, whether punched, wrapped or cut.” – this is an excerpt from a special edition of the ‘Braunschweigische Landeszeitung’ newspaper from 1930.
This quote could still be used today in the same or similar form in a press release about technical felts and felt products. Felt is not necessarily a very well-known material, but it is used in many different sectors and applications.
