Our production is subject to permanent control in order to assure the high quality standards of our continuous casting products. Apart from an analytical control of the cast materials by means of a Spectrolab, the mechanical characteristics of the casting alloys are also verified and statistically evaluated. If requested, each delivery can come with an analysis or acceptance certificate.
The further improvement of our product quality is achieved by a continual refinement of the production processes and investments in new equipment.
Our company is certified according to the norm DIN EN ISO 9001.

Ningbo Yinzhou Gain Machinery Co, Ltd, is een vervaardiging van precisiebewerking uit stalen staven, gietstukken & gesloten matrijzensmeedwerk. Het bedrijf is opgericht in 2012 en heeft een totale oppervlakte van ongeveer 2000 vierkante meter.

Er werken ongeveer 40 mensen, waaronder 4 technici en 3 QC. Het bedrijf uitgerust met 3 automatische mechanische arm productielijn, 6 schuine gids CNC draaibanken, 13 normale CNC draaibanken, 5 verticale 4 as CNC, en andere freesmachines en boormachines. De bereikte precisie is ongeveer 0,01 mm.

De producten omvatten bouwdelen, auto-onderdelen, medische behandeling, elektronica en andere gebieden, het materiaal is gelegeerd staal, roestvrij staal, zacht staal, aluminium & messing, geëxporteerd naar Duitsland, de Verenigde Staten, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Canada & andere landen.

Gecertificeerd door ISO9001:2015 & TS16949-2016 Kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Werknemers worden opgeleid door het personeel van de certificeringsinstantie.
