Het bedrijf LIPCO werd opgericht in 1996. De twee oprichters, Marietta Panter en Willi Lipp, waren al vele jaren in dienst bij JOCO en namen de spuitafdeling JOCO TUNNEL over van de firma John.
In 1998 namen ze hun intrek in het nieuwe bedrijfsgebouw op het industrieterrein Sasbach.
Vandaag de dag heeft het bedrijf LIPCO ongeveer 50 mensen in dienst.
Sinds de oprichting van het bedrijf hebben wij ons gevestigd als fabrikant van
aanbouwwerktuigen en werktuigdragers voor de tuin- en landschapsbouw, voor particuliere gebruikers en de openbare sector
onderbewerkingsapparatuur voor ruimtegewassen in de wijnbouw en fruitteelt; TUNNEL- en blowerspuiten voor de wijnbouw en fruitteelt
fruitoogstapparatuur voor conserven, industrie, distilleerderijen en versmarkt
op de markt in binnen- en buitenland.
Op 01.03.2022 nam Marietta Panter alle aandelen van Willi Lipp over en is nu de enige eigenaar van het bedrijf.
