The Burghardt + Schmidt GmbH founded the b+s group through the acquisition of traditional, well-known and firmly established companies on the world market. Through the expertises of the subsidiaries Schnutz GmbH and Delta Technik GmbH, Burghardt + Schmidt´s entire product portfolio is expanded by leveling machines, strip feeding systems and automation technology.

Schnutz - Tradition binds us
The roots of the machinery factory Fr. W. Schnutz reach back to the beginning of the industrial revolution. Schnutz Martin founded the company in 1846. The period was marked by a rapid development of technology, productivity and science.
We develop, manufacture and assemble our machines and lines, so that all our products carry the designation "Made in Germany".

TRAK-MET, gevestigd in Biskupiec ul. Chrobrego 27/29, Warmisch-Masurisch woiwodschap, is een van de toonaangevende fabrikanten van lintzaagmachines in Polen en Europa. De geschiedenis van TRAK-MET Zbigniew Skillandat begon in 1997 met de productie van eenvoudige zaagmachines. De daaropvolgende jaren werden gekenmerkt door een dynamische ontwikkeling op het gebied van zaag- en landbouwmachines, uitbreiding van productiehallen en investeringen in nieuwe technologieën.
TRAK-MET beschikt over een uitgebreid machinepark, een eigen ontwikkelings- en technologieafdeling en hooggekwalificeerd personeel. Een succesvolle uitvoering van het werk is mogelijk dankzij het gebruik van moderne computerondersteunde ontwerptools, zoals Solid Edge. In de productiehallen met een totale oppervlakte van 2.500 m2 worden productieprocessen op basis van de modernste technologieën gerealiseerd: Staalbewerking - uitsnijden van stalen elementen met behulp van lasertechnologie, spaanbewerking - CNC-bewerkingssystemen, moderne kantpersen, lintzagen, reiniging van afgewerkte onderdelen in de straalinstallatie tot en met het uiteindelijke lakken in de lakcabine met behulp van elektrostatica. Herhaalbare producten met de hoogste precisie worden vervaardigd als onderdeel van het productieproces.
Omdat we geen compromissen accepteren bij de productie van veilige en probleemloze machines en ons richten op de hoogste kwaliteit, bestaat de kring van leveranciers van onderdelen voor onze machines alleen uit erkende merken, waaronder SIEMENS DUITSLAND - elektromotoren, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC FRANKRIJK - automaten en besturingen, CHIARAVALLI ITALIË - tandwielkasten, HELUKABEL DUITSLAND - kabels en geleiders, OPTIBELT DUITSLAND - riemschijven en V-snaren, WINTERSTEIGER OOSTENRIJK - lintzagen, TIKKURILA - gelakte oppervlakken, FAG/SKF - lagers, GAMTECH/HYDROPRES - hydrauliek.
Onze machines zijn niet alleen erkend door Poolse, maar ook door buitenlandse klanten. Momenteel leveren we machines aan Duitsland, Oostenrijk, Noorwegen, Zwitserland, Frankrijk, Tsjechië, Slowakije, Litouwen, Letland, Estland, Rusland en Wit-Rusland. In deze landen zijn onze vertegenwoordigers en servicecentra aanwezig.
