Even after 20 years working in the field of pig cleaning, there are always new challenges in the pig cleaning technology and execution. The company UNIROR GmbH Forst / Lausitz is an innovative service company, which has over the company's history developed into a popular company specializing in the cleaning of pipelines at home and abroad.
Special pipe line pigs own production are used to degas the fuel lines, pipes to drain dry, calibrated to check, locate, or to seek out foreign bodies. These were exhibited in concrete pumps-pipe lines in Austria, kerosene-pipe lines in Munich, Hamburg and at submerged installation on drainage pipes in the mining and chemical plants in operation.

TECHNODATA, gevestigd in Remscheid, Duitsland, introduceert zichzelf als
fabrikant van buisrollen, ketelbuisrollen, gereedschappen, apparatuur, machines en
apparaten voor orbitaal lassen en buisuitzettingstechnologie voor tank-,
apparaten- en ketelbouw, onderhoud, reiniging en reparatie van
warmtewisselaars , condensors en soortgelijke industriële apparatuur.
TECHNODATA werd opgericht in 1986 en begon zijn activiteiten
in 1991 na het faillissement van Kotthaus + Busch
Maschinenfabrik GmbH, Remscheid. Langjarige medewerkers en knowhow van
carriers gingen in deze periode over naar TECHNODATA.
is daarom in staat om buiswalsen te produceren die qua constructie identiek zijn aan de K + B serie. Daarnaast
bieden we ook buisrollen van de series 800 en 1200 uit eigen productie aan.
Daarnaast hechten we veel belang aan lastechnologie,
waaronder buis-naar-buis lassen en
buis-naar-plaat lassen op het gebied van ORBITAL WELDING. Dankzij onze eigen productie kan het bedrijf
TECHNODATA oplossingen op maat bieden op alle TIG ORBITAL gebieden van de orbitale
lastechnologie.
Wij bieden niet alleen uitgebreid advies en verkoop van
elektrisch-elektronische, elektrisch-hydraulische en pneumatische buistrek-,
buiswals-, aandrijf- en buisbewerkingstechniek, evenals lastechniek,
maar ook een competente, klantspecifieke service voor aanvullende
technische gebieden 'rondom de buis'. In dit verband willen wij erop wijzen
dat TECHNODATA zijn producten niet alleen wereldwijd
verkoopt, maar ze ook verhuurt en met zijn
technologie werkzaamheden in onderaanneming uitvoert.
