COCOON TravelSheets, MummyLiners and accessories are the result of life-long travel experience. The COCOON story started in 1989 with a bulky, sewn-together cotton sheet that almost caused the founder of the Design Salt Outdoor GmbH to be swept away in a Balinese river when he was trying to wash it. Since then COCOON TravelSheets, MummyLiners and travel accessories have seen a lot of improvement and perfection. They now come in a large number of especially developed, high quality fabrics. A wide variety of functional details make them ideal companions for adventurers, travelers and mountaineers worldwide.
Today COCOON products are sold in many countries all over the world. Nevertheless the company is still led by a small, highly motivated team. Based in Austria the Design Salt Outdoor GmbH is in charge of developing new products, organizing and supervising the production and marketing in Europe and on international markets. Design Salt Inc., which is located in the state of Washington in the USA, is responsible for sales and marketing in North America.
Travel and outdoor experiences of the COCOON team as well as of distributors, retailers and customers still flow into the development and perfection of all COCOON products. COCOON TravelSheets, MummyLiners and travel accessories are designed to carry travelers through any night.

Wir verfügen über hochmoderne und professionelle Werkstätten: eine Näh- und Druckwerkstatt und ein eigenes Grafikstudio.
Wir produzieren Schirme, Zelte, Banner, Roll-Up Displays, Fahnenmasten, Fahnen, Regenschirme, Liegestühle, Textilverpackungen, Taschen, Werbebekleidung und andere Reklameprodukte.
Wir nähen Polstermöbel, Rucksäcke, Arbeitsbekleidung, Bettwäsche, Tischdecken, Vorhänge, Stores, Schutzhüllen, Kissen, u. ä.
Auf Wunsch unserer Kunden fertigen wir individuelle Textildrucke.
Drucke von höchster Qualität auf Textilien und Polyester-Strickwaren (Sublimationsdruck, Digitaldruck) auf Polyestertextilien bis zu einer Breite von 240 cm.
Ein charakteristisches Merkmal unserer Produkte ist die hohe Beständigkeit gegenüber Reinigung, Trocknung, Trockenreibung und Sonneneinstrahlung. Gerne gehen wir auf individuelle Kundenwünsche ein. Von der Beratung über die Produktion bis hin zu Lieferung und Montage bieten wir alle notwendigen Dienstleistungen rund um unser Produkt.
