Our product portfolio encompasses diaphragm pumps and piston pumps with linear or piston drive, measuring gas pumps, laboratory pumps and individual special pumps designed to customer specifications. In total, our pump portfolio comprises over 40 product lines with sub-series and models for every application.
In our main plant to the south of Munich, we have the best possible spatial conditions to design, develop and manufacture our pumps to match customer specifications. The development and manufacturing is carried out here with our own employees - Made in Germany. ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH manufactures systems required for conveying, dosing, applying, filling, and emptying medium to high-viscosity fluids. The headquarter is in Töging a. Inn (Bavaria). ViscoTec has subsidiaries in the USA, China, Singapore, India, France, Hong Kong and Denmark and employs about 340 people worldwide. Numerous sales partners all over the world complete the international distribution network. Next to technically sophisticated solutions to even the most complicated application, ViscoTec is the single point of contact to deliver all components for a complete system: From emptying to preparing and to dosing. High Pressure ApplicationsThe design concept behind the revolutionary Pitot-Tube-Jet-Pump is remarkably uncomplicated - a rotating case using centrifugal force to accelerate liquids through a stationary pick-up tube. The result ist a steady, pulsation-free, high-pressure stream achieved with relatively low operating speeds.
The simplicity of this true single-stage pump design practically eliminates maintenance. There are no packing glands, wear rings, throat throttle bushings as in conventional centrifugal pumps.
No complex pistons, rods, valves, springs, or sophisticated system controls of reciprocating pumps. These are all worries of the past. Drive shaft bearings are isolated from liquid flow, protecting from wash-out and possible pump damage. Thousands of on-line applications throughout the world - millions of operating hours - have proven the durability and efficiency of this design.
Only one Suction Mechanical Seal, no Pressure Seal. This means superior performance, simpler operation, lower operating costs, reduced parts inventory and longer pump life.
