Italian Cutting Systems S.r.l. was established in the early 80’s with the brand FEMA. Thanks to the IT technicians, mechanics and the commercial teams we have managed to invest in continued research and development of new products within the electronic machines sector for the cutting of polyurethane foam, polyester fibres and fabrics.
Italian Cutting Systems has had success in the field of cutting systems for flexible polyurethane, polyester fibres and various textiles thanks to its experienced team of technicians. Through thorough research and planning Italian Cutting Systems has managed to innovatively advance its products while maintaining its characteristic high quality and functionality.
Italian Cutting Systems produces several types of machines: vertical and horizontal contour cutting machines with circulating and oscillating cutting systems, waterjet machines, electronic cutting benches, milling machines, spreading machines for fibres and fabrics, carriages and conveyors. We also design and custom build machines for handling and cutting flexible polyurethane and polyester fibres and textiles.
Italian Cutting Systems has produced machinery for some of the most important companies within the acoustic, aeronautical, automotive, fruit and vegetable packaging, upholstered furniture, mattress and home insulation sectors.
