Em 1959, Oskar Pahlke lançou as bases para o processamento de espumas PUR com a fundação da empresa com o mesmo nome, Oskar Pahlke GmbH. Foi assim um dos pioneiros deste material único. A partir de um início modesto, desenvolveu-se nos anos seguintes uma empresa familiar dinâmica. Enquanto nos primeiros anos se concentrava em esponjas e outros produtos para o sector da limpeza e cuidados, a gama de produtos foi gradualmente alargada. Acompanhou assim o avanço triunfante do novo material, que se afirmou gradualmente em cada vez mais áreas.
Atualmente, a Pahlke Schaumstoffe é um dos principais fabricantes alemães de espumas para o sector comercial. Para além das espumas de PUR e PE, também processamos outros materiais celulares, como a borracha esponjosa ou a borracha celular. Os nossos produtos são utilizados em quase todas as indústrias e sectores. Na qualidade de produtor "private label", a Pahlke Schaumstoffe fabrica exclusivamente por conta de clientes comerciais que comercializam os produtos com o seu próprio nome. Our factory is fully equipped with Taiwan made CNC machines,rubber molding machines(200T ,300T, 500T),material mixers,ahd cutters.We also have several kinds of molds with different standards of O-rings and washers.We have been certified by 2002 editioned ISO/TS16949 in October 2003, Our water system products were certified to NSF/ Standard 61: Drinking Water System Components in 2007, and our products have been approved by TZW(KTW) and WRAS((Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) in year 2008.
