Gambini Meccanica wurde 1978 gegründet und hat sich hauptsächlich auf die Fertigung von hochgenauen Komponenten im Bereich mechanischer Antriebstechnik spezialisiert, für Anwendungen in verschiedenen industriellen Bereichen. Von handwerklicher Abstammung, ist sie heute eine zertifizierte Firma (UNI EN ISO 9001/2008), technologisch fortgeschritten und mit hochmodernen Produktionsanlagen ausgestattet, die stets auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden. Das hochqualifizierte Personal behandelt jegliche Kundenanforderungen mit professioneller Kompetenz und verleiht kundenspezifischen Support.
Die Produktionsflexibilität und die, in über 30 Jahren erfolgte, Automatisierung, erlauben der Gambini Meccanica heute, Produkte, sowie in Standardausführungen, als auch nach Kundenwunsch, zu hoch konkurrenzfähigen Preisen weltweit zu liefern.

A Rotometal Sp. z o.o. foi fundada em 2006 em Świebodzin pelo director de longa data Joachim Settnik. Actualmente, o Sr. Grzegorz Dołbniak desempenha as funções de director-geral. O Sr. Dołbniak tem uma vasta experiência na gestão de empresas de produção. Empresa jovem e em crescimento dinâmico, a Rotometal emprega actualmente mais de 150 funcionários altamente qualificados numa área total de aproximadamente 5.000 m².
No início, a Rotometal trabalhou com prestadores de serviços externos e apoiou grandes e bem conhecidas empresas como fabricante de contratos.
Foram prestados os seguintes serviços:
Torneamento CNC, fresagem CNC e rectificação em máquinas-ferramentas CNC de última geração. A fim de satisfazer as necessidades dos clientes, a empresa alargou mais tarde a sua gama de serviços para incluir o fabrico de engrenagens e o tratamento térmico dos materiais.
A partir de 1 de Outubro de 2008, a Rotometal começou a cooperar com Gerhardt, um dos fabricantes de ferramentas líderes de mercado para a indústria gráfica e de etiquetas, com sede na Dinamarca. Nessa altura, as nossas ferramentas, tais como cilindros magnéticos, de impressão e de impressão, foram distribuídas em todo o mundo por Gerhardt.
Como estas ferramentas têm de ser fabricadas com a máxima precisão, damos grande importância ao cuidado e precisão na execução das encomendas. Estas elevadas exigências só podem ser satisfeitas com as mais recentes máquinas-ferramentas controladas por CNC e funcionários bem treinados.
A organização e programação do trabalho perfeitamente coordenadas, bem como o trabalho em 3 turnos, permitem-nos reagir rapidamente aos pedidos dos clientes.
A fim de expandir ainda mais este crescimento bem sucedido, H. Joachim Settnik conseguiu ganhar um investidor. Desde 25 de Abril de 2017, a maioria das acções detidas pelos proprietários da Rotometal foram vendidas à Highlander Partners A fusão da empresa permite um maior desenvolvimento e crescimento no futuro.
Temos razões para afirmar que a Rototmetal é agora o maior fabricante de cilindros magnéticos e de pressão no mercado europeu.

As a manufacturer of continuous cast iron, we place great emphasis on the quality of our products and provide materials based upon the new European standard "EN 16482 - Cast Iron - Continuous Casting". ACO Eurobar®quality continuous-cast products are available in all standard profiles and dimensions and in a wide range of materials. We deliver our continuous cast iron not only as-cast, but also as pre-machined semis or as a completely finished machined part. Our primary goal as a supplier of continuous casting is to offer our customers high quality concast iron products at an acceptable cost. A continuous replenishment of our bar stocks in combination with sophisticated logistics guarantees a high level of availability with short leadtimes.
As a full-service supplier ACO Eurobar takes over a lot of preparatory work for their customers and offers a complete machining service to them. We have a full range of machining operations at our disposal, sawing to length, turning, drilling, boring,milling and peeling. State-of-the-art equipment including fully automated milling machines, CNC lathes, and robot-assisted manufacturing cells permits us to realise tailored solutions to any tolerances which our customers may specify.
ACO Eurobar has already realised sophisticated solutions for, for example, the glass mould industry, compressor manufacture, mechanical and machine-tool engineering as well as other sectors.
