Em 1972, o engenheiro e fabricante de máquinas Peter Schröck fundou a UNIFLEX-Hydraulik GmbH em Frankfurt am Main. Consequente de inovações pioneiras e excelente qualidade dos produtos, a florescente empresa logo se transformou em um fornecedor mundial de máquinas para produção do conjunto de mangueiras montadas.
UNIFLEX-Hydraulik GmbH passa a fazer parte do grupo Freiherren Waitz em 1992. Isso foi o alicerce para o crescimento: Em 1996, a empresa passa a ocupar uma nova e maior instalação, com escritório e produção na cidade de Karben, a 10 km ao norte de Frankfurt.
Desde 1998 a filial UNIFLEX of America LLC está localizada em Schaumburg, próxima a Chicago, Illinois, para dar suporte ao mercado das Américas. Em junho de 2004, a UNIFLEX abre uma filial em Cingapura. Lá são atendidos os clientes da Ásia-Pacífico. Desde 2007 nós estamos representados em Tangerang/Indonésia e desde 2009 também em Xangai/China.
Hoje, após 40 anos, a UNIFLEX é um fornecedor de sistemas para montagem de mangueiras, de equipamentos de oficina a plantas de produção.
