ORAY MAKİNA SANAYİ İNŞAAT ve MÜHENDİSLİK TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. 1968 yılında kurulan ORMAK TİC. ve SAN. Firmasının devamı niteliğinde 1997 yılında kurulmuş olup faliyetlerini 2007 Yılı nisan ayına kadar İstanbul / Tuzla'da sürdürmüştür. Bu tarihten sonra Gebze-Şekerpınar'a bağlı Balçık Köyünde yeni kurulan, 1250m2 kapalı alana sahip fabrikasında hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir.
Sektördeki genel faaliyet alanımız, çimento, kağıt, kauçuk, çelik, bakır ve aluminyum sektörlerine yönelik imalat ve üretimler olmakla beraber, Faaliyet alanımız içinde Alüminyum Eksrüzyon profil üretim ve Alüminyum billet üretim sektörüne yönelik tesis kurulumu, makina imalatı ve diğer mühendislik hizmetleri esaslı bir yer tutmaktadır.
Makina parkımızda bulunan ağır kapasiteli talaşlı imalat tezgahlarımız, sektördeki deneyemimiz ve 4 mühendis, 25 kişiden oluşan tecrübeli kadromuz ile müşterilerimizin her türlü taleplerine herzaman hazır olarak hizmet vermekteyizdir.
Firmamız alüminyum profil sektörü için 400 Ton'dan 2000 Ton'a kadar Tam otomatik PLC kontrollü alüminyum profil extrüzyon preslerinin imalatı, kesme-doğrultma ve billet yükleme hatları, tekli-çiftli puller imalatları yapmaktadır.
Ayrıca Ekstrüzyon preslerine ait her türlü donanımlarınız (kovan zımba tamirat ve yeni üretimler vb.) için de tamir, bakım, yeni parça dizaynı ve imalatları yapılmaktadır.
Saf ve geri dönüşüm aluminyum için talebiniz doğrultusunda, istediğiniz donanımlara sahip olacak şekilde, eritme ve bekletme döküm fırınları, bu fırınlarda kullanılan yükleme robotları, fırınlar için filtrasyon sistemleri; Hot-top (sıcak başlık) dikey billet döküm sistemleri, otomatik billet kesme makinaları, otomatik billet istifleme sistemleri, hurda paketleme presleri, alüminyum külçe döküm konveyörleri imalatı yapılmakta olup, Bu sistemlerin her türlü tamirat bakım ve de modernizasyonları için hizmet verilmektedir.
