Bireyler, bileşenler ve seri üretim ile ilgili plastik parçalar üretip işliyoruz. Buradaki vurgu, küçük bir termoplastik işleme serisidir.
Sizin için üretiyoruz:

• Termoplastik enjeksiyonla kalıplanmış parçalar, 1-300 gram ağırlığında, 220-1,100 kN'lik bir sıkma kuvvetine sahip, gerekirse ek parçaları kullanabilirsiniz.
• Montaj faaliyetleri, şartlara göre saf sözleşme üretimi

Şirketin mevcut avantajı, metal parçaların enjeksiyonla kalıplanmasıdır.
Yakın gelecekte, müşteriler yenilikçi çok bileşenli teknolojilerden ve LSR süreçlerinden de faydalanacak.

HAMCO has been founded on january, 1st 1984 by Karl-Heinz Hamackers in Viersen. Nowadays his son, Dipl.-Ing. Burkhard Hamackers, is the genral manager of the company.
HAMCO develops, constructs and produces. Together with you – our partners – we realise your goals. Your ideas, demands and drawings are the base for our successful project.
We use recent CAD/CAM-systems for construction and development.
We create injection-moulding-tools, dip-moulding-tools, punching-tools and other equipment for our production in this way. A qualified staff produces this high-precisely tools and equipment on a modern machinery-park: CNC-spinning-, milling- and erodingmachines.
We use the latest injection-moulding-machines for the production. We can work with almost all thermoplasts and we have also a special know-how of working with PVC. A permanent monitoring of all processes guarantees a high and constant level of the product´s quality.

Since 1960, the Kunststoff-Zentrum in Leipzig has had extensive years of know-how in thermoplastics and polyurethane processing. The processing technologies, design and mould technology belong to our working field as well as the development of plastics, material testing and welding technology.
As non-profit industry-related research institute, we are an experienced partner for application-oriented research and development, for services related to practice on plastic technology and for advanced vocational training.

The company Walter Potthoff GmbH is a medium-sized family enterprise located in Meinerzhagen with presently about 50 employees. Our expertises are the development and production of thermoplastic components as well as planning, design and manufacture of injection moulds and tool components to be used in our production.
We produce mainly technical parts which demand a high degree of precision for keeping the required tolerances and specifications. Our long experience in the field of thermoplastic injection moulding enables us to assist our customers in all relevant technical problems. Our company is certified in accordance to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 since 1997 respectively 2012.
The production of the injection moulded parts takes place on a total of 50 injection moulding machines of Arburg, Battenfeld, Boy and Ferromatik, which cover a clamping force range of 15t to 200t. By own patented process improvements we achieve a high quality level, a low waste rate and low production costs. The engaged machinery is up to the state-of-the-art and allows the production of components with a shot weight from under one gram up to 500 gram with or without inserts at a high level of reproducibility. For joining of plastics components we use the ultrasonic welding technique which is characterised by low cycle times and is thus very economic.
Our customers mainly operate in the fields of medical engineering, electrical engineering and food industry.
