In 2017 the companies DURAN Group, Wheaton Industries and Kimble Chase merged to form a new global company – DWK Life Sciences. In July 2020 SciLabware, formerly a company of the DWK Life Sciences Group, changed its name and is now operating as DWK Life Sciences.
