Remarkable milestones in the company development were 1999 the takeover of the Sulzer Metco heat treatment job shop located in Winterthur/Switzerland, 2006 the opening of a new job shop for heat treatment and brazing in Cracow/Poland and 2007 the takeover of thermal spray and electron beam welding activities of former Crossarc located in Winterthur.
