SELMO Technology GmbH has developed a patented technology that automatically generates machine software and changes it from scratch. During operation and error analysis, this software demonstrates high quality - right down to the last bit: Unlike other solutions, it can control and display ALL possible machine states.
For this, SELMO offers a technology transfer for machine users and machine manufacturers that connects understandably and profitably. Thanks to the universal SELMO standard and service-strong partner programmes, users and implementers only have to agree on the machine process. The engineering itself is made easier and faster by the "SELMOstudio" engineering application. Machine manufacturers benefit as SELMO licensees from the SELMO network and distribution system.

CMS - a member of the CHIRON Group
As a company of the CHIRON Group with production facilities in Neuhausen ob Eck near Tuttlingen, we are the retrofit specialist for the brands: CHIRON, STAMA and SCHERER. Founded in 2000, CMS, in close cooperation with the manufacturers, has modernized about a thousand machines so far, giving them a new life. Around 50 employees are involved in the retrofit.
In addition to the overhaul of machine tools on behalf of our customers and the execution of turnkey projects (for example, automation of a machining center), our range of services also includes the sale of retrofitted models (for example, from trade-ins).

Durch die Verwendung von Machine Learning und Machine Vision Technologien sind unsere Ladebox und Multibox in der Lage, Bauteile, Maschinenstatus und Qualitätsmerkmale zu erkennen und zu erlernen. Dies ermöglicht eine schnelle und effiziente Automatisierung verschiedener Fertigungsprozesse wie Bestücken, Entgraten, Beschriften, Prüfen oder das Setzen der letzten Bohrung nach dem Fräsen.
Unsere Produkte sind so konzipiert, dass sie in einem geschlossenen Raum arbeiten und dadurch ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit gewährleisten. Zudem sind sie platzsparend und erreichen eine um 30 % höhere Traglast als vergleichbare Knickarmroboter. Durch die Kombination mehrerer Funktionen in einer einzigen Lösung können wir Kostenvorteile erzielen und den Planungsvorlauf sowie den Implementierungsaufwand deutlich reduzieren.
