وقد سُجلت شركة ACI في عام 1974. وسرعان ما تم تطوير أول نظام للتحكم في تهوية المرآب تحت الأرض بالتعاون الوثيق مع شركة TüV، وقد استوفى هذا النظام متطلبات شركة TOV وكذلك متطلبات لوائح مرآب ولاية بادن - فورتمبرغ.
وقد استخدمت هذه النظم لعقود من الزمن، وحققت نجاحا كبيرا، كأدوات أساسية للتحكم في الحمل ترتبط بنظم التحذير من ثاني أكسيد الكربون، وكأدوات للتحكم في التهوية تعتمد على تردد القيادة أو حركة المرور في المرائب التي لا يوجد بها سوى تدفق منخفض للدخول والخروج.
