The liquid-cooled plates produced by the company adopt innovative TLP welding process, aluminum alloy on-line automatic solid solution process, on-line solid solution heat treatment technology, convective heat transfer design and simulation design technology, which improves the quality of the products. At present, 5 patents have been declared, of which 2 invention patents have been accepted and 3 utility models have been authorized. Our factory equipped with one preassembly line, one assembly line, one packing line and eight performance testing line, which can produce 20,000 units for refrigerator and wine cooler monthly, and product capacity designed to be 250,000 units each year.
